Sports Performance Basketball Training

Basketball training will consist of lateral movement, developing explosive endurance, increasing vertical jumping ability, and speed training to help an athlete move rapidly up and down the court. Improving a basketball player’s foot speed, hand-eye coordination, and balance will develop a player that is difficult to guard.
